1. WHAT DOES HIGH RISK PREGNANCY MEAN?High Risk Pregnancy Care

•    Patient with associated medical illnesses like:
•    Diabetes
•    Hypertension
•    Epilepsy
•    Varicose veins
•    Heart disease
•    Bronchial asthma

 

2. PREGNANCY WITH FOLLOWING CONDITIONS;

•    Twins.
•    PIH {Pregnancy induced hypertension.
•    Morbid obesity.
•    Large fibroid
•    Abnormal shaped uterus.

 

3. PREGNANCY CONCEIVED AFTER:

•    Multiple abortions in past.
•    h/o hormonal disturbance deficiency like PCOD.
•    h/o death of baby in the womb in the past.
•    h/o immediate death of a baby at birth in the past.
•    h/o congenital (genetic) abnormalities in the previous child.
•    Strong family h/o congenital (genetic) abnormal in either parents.

In high risk pregnancy include:-

1) Patients with h/o 8 intrauterine deaths (i.e. baby had died in the womb before birth of 7-8 months of pregnancy) reported to us with inability to conceive a baby
